I totally CASED this Valentine's treat holder from Paper Wishes designer Theresa Welch. It uses the HOTP Red Velvet Artful Card Kit which features all these rich colors of Valentines Day. It was great fun and it's hiding a large candy bar inside the pocket when you lift up on the ribbon - so cute!! Come back tomorrow and see my take on this design!!!
